// Inside our company: welcome to our world.

// Foyer and reception: upon arrival.

A large panorama greets you as you arrive in the foyer of our main building, showing the image of a vibrant green forest. The VAVONA forest is very important to us as it symbolises wood, one of our working materials.

Wood and design are both at the core of the VAVONA corporate philosophy. But we also hold the forest dear as it represents an oasis for us, a place where you can feel at peace.

And this is what our customers should feel as they arrive at our company, as if they know they have come to the right place.

// Studio and design department: let’s create.

Every job starts to take shape in our studio; it is where we form ideas and visual concepts, assess material samples, browse catalogues and discuss our drafts. Our studio is full of light and our architects and graphic designers can enjoy an extensive view of the landscape to the south.

Even though the trade fair and event business is a time-pressured one, we think that it’s important for our staff to have a calm place to think.

// Woodwork shops: let’s build.

Traditional workbenches are seldom used. Nowadays, wood tends to be machined in optimised production processes involving 5-axis CNC machining centres. Nevertheless, we have the capacity for all kinds of production, from the manual construction of individual items to automated series production.

Whether you require individual pieces of high-quality furniture, sophisticated hotel reception areas or distinguished wall cladding on a large scale - we follow your instruction, optimising costs in doing so. We also use waste wood to heat our entire enterprise.

// Graphics workshop: let’s design.

This is where concepts are hand-crafted into a reality. Graphic designs are created on large-scale light tables whilst sophisticated logos and letters are cut from foils. Fabrics and canvases are made into textile banners and promotional signs whilst large photographs are laminated.

Constructing exhibition stands also means experimenting with manual processes for glass, wood, plastic, metal, paper and textiles in order to find the optimal type of material to make the drafted design come to life.

// Trade fair workshop: let’s install and equip.

Advancements in technology mean that light has now become a kind of material in its own right for exhibition stands, interior design and event spaces. In our electrical workshop, our electricians use electrical components, light sources and wiring to design and build equipment for computerised coloured lighting arrangements, LED lighting and other light installations.

We work with all the necessary materials ourselves so that we can provide our customers with a complete project as a harmonious whole. No material is unknown to us and we even work with aluminium, steel and stainless steel. We produce large standard profiles as well as small but significant moulded parts for our spatial installations using crosscut saws, drills and CNC lathes.

// Shipment and logistics: the final step.

Every component from every individual workshop is brought together at the end of the production process. Thanks to our spacious business premises, we have enough room for warehouses and logistics areas. Our assembly and logistics team prepare everything for transportation, check that all parts are present and carefully package them up, making sure they are secure.

Then they set off on their journey in the care of our reliable lorry drivers.
